Kayla’s Cuttings started with her mothers love and experience with house plants in our home. Our daughter Kayla shared her Mother’s love for plants. She loved them so much she started to pull leaves off of her favorite plants. We quickly learned a lot about propagation and “Don’t hate, propagate” became a common expression in our house.

Kayla’s Father was born into the culinary world and has a passion for cooking and feeding others. Feeding a family of 5 and getting 3 toddlers to eat vegetables can be very difficult. With over 20 years of experience being a farm to table Chef, growing Microgreens for their family was not only great for nutrition but easy to sneak in toddlers food. He has taken his experience to create many recipes using Microgreens our whole family enjoys.

Kayla’s parents decided to put their passions and expertise together to grow Kayla’s Cuttings. We specialize in rare and popular house plants along with microgreens, food and recipes using microgreens. We want to share the love and nutrition in our home with yours.
